RETURN POLICY
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to exchange or return your order. The product that you return must be in perfect condition, not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE WITHIN SWEDEN
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or another suitable packaging. Contact iabon.kundservice@dm-services.se and let them know;
– Your order number
– If you want to return or exchange your order and the reason for it
You will receive a return waybill that needs to be printed and attached to your package. Drop your package off at a suitable pickup point as where you collected the package. The return cost of 40 SEK will be deducted on your credit.
In case of an exchange, we will give you a code offering free delivery on your new order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Place the item(s) in the original shipping box or another suitable packaging. Contact iabon.kundservice@dm-services.se and let us know;
1. Your order number, what you are returning and if you would like an exchange.
3. Please include the original receipt received by email.
4. Close the box and tape it securely.
5. Please ship the items in the post to us, we advise you to send your return or exchange with a tracking number to avoid any missing packages by the carrier. We are not responsible for returns in transit.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card only.

Our policy applies during sales period with the exception that IA BON will not allow exchanges.
